This agreement will be governed by English Law. The English courts will
have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.

News articles and other content published by the World Conservation Monitoring
Centre on the World Wide Web or via email or any other format may not
be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means electronic, mechanical,
photographic, recorded or otherwise without written permission from WCMC
except in the case that material will be used for educational and private
study purposes of a non commercial nature only.

Conservation Monitoring Centre web site users may not store
all or any portion of the information on the WCMC web site
or news articles in any permanent form, whether in electronic
or any other format.

names and passwords assigned to registered users of the
WCMC web site may not be shared, published or redistributed

can only be used by registered WCMC web site users to whom
