It is your job to
help the reader understand the
Most Important aspects of your results.
This means that you need to search for trends and summarize your observations as much as possible. For instance you might say that ....
The
cuticle of the adaxial lamina was thicker than the cuticle of the abaxial lamina.
Furthermore, the cuticle on the adaxial midrib was thicker than the cuticle on the abaxial
midrib.
OR
The cuticle was thicker for the adaxial midrib and
lamina compared to the adaxial epidermis.
Which of these is better?

In your case, your primary data will be your images. You want to point out the major features of each organ but you do not want to give a recitation of each layer you encounter.
You could say something like this to describe a leaf cross section.
The adaxial epidermis was one cell thick. Then there was a layer of achlorotic parenchyma, another layer of achlorotic parenchyma, a layer of palisade parenchyma, another layer of palisade parenchyma, another layer of palisade parenchyma, a layer of spongy parenchyma, another layer of spongy parenchyma and a unicellular layer of epidermis.
OR
The adaxial and abaxial epidermis was uniseriate. There were two layers of achlorotic parenchyma beneath this. The subtending mesophyll consisted of three palisade and two spongy layers.
