All participants must register using the first online form. With this, you will be able to register for the conference and the conference dinner and book one of the discounted hotel rooms mentioned here.

Once you are registered for the conference, you will be able to register for the workshops using the workshop registration form.
Registrations are limited to 600 participants, the maximum number of places at the conference dinner is 380. Workshop attendance is limited, too – the numbers can be seen in the workshop registration form.
Conference fees
Delegate fee
- Early Bird fee: €300 (until April 23, 2019) *UPDATED*
- Normal fee: €400
The delegate fee covers:
- participation in conference and workshop sessions on all four days of the conference
- morning coffee, coffee breaks, lunch and refreshments on all four days
- the Tuesday poster reception
Conference Dinner fee
The fee for the Conference Dinner is €40 including drinks (max. 380 people)
Important Dates
- 16 January 2019: Deadline for Submissions and Scholarship Programme applications
- 6 February 2019: Submitters notified of acceptance of workshop proposals
- 08 March 2019: Registration opens
- 4 March 2019: Scholarship Programme winners notified
- 4 March 2019: Submitters notified of acceptance of full presentation, 24×7, poster and developer track proposals
- 23. April 2019: Close of Early Bird registration
- 10-13 June 2019: OR2019 conference
