of Items





The CAFE Catalog of Items allows you to design an evaluation form suited to your course. You can select questionnaire items for inclusion on your evaluation form to elicit information/responses on special aspects of your course.

The Catalog of Items are arranged in two broad categories--Strongly Disagree/Agree questionnarie items and Open-ended items. The Strongly Disagree/Agree items are subdivided into three subcategories: Student Development, Instructor Ratings, Course Elements. A fourth subcategory, Speciality Items, are reserved for specific questionnaire items not included in this Catalog of Items and are written by the instructor. Each subcategory contains various questionnaire items you may include in your evaluation form. It is strongly suggested that you choose at least two (2) items from each subcategory.
