Basic Fruit Types

Diagram of a Pineapple Inflorescence and some of its parts: The flowers are tightly assembled along the inflorescence axis. Each Flower has an Inferior Ovary. These mature and form part of the "Fruit". The Receptacle becomes fleshy and forms part of the commercial "Fruit". How would you classify such a fruit????????
