Chlamydomonas Reproduction-Sexual

The Vegetative Cells are Haploid.
They undergo Mitosis to produce Haploid Gametes.
The Gametes are of two strains (indicated by + or -)
These Unite to produce a Zygote which forms a thick wall.
This is called a Zygospore.
The Zygospore undergoes Meiosis to produce + & - Strains of Vegetative Cells.
