MEDICINAL PLANTS OF VIPOS, TRANCAS TUCUMAN

Objectives: 1: To achieve actual knowledge of species located in Vipos Tucumán, of indigenous medical usage and with potential use in academic medicine. 2: To establish the bases for the rational handling of resources to be used in base of climate and edafic charactersictics. 3. Study of organs involved in the production of the drugs at exo and endomorpholical levels. Material and Methods: Field work: it was carried out in Stay Los Angeles of 1650 ha and included climatic and edafic characteristics, interview to the area inhabitants, collecting of samples paraffin inclusion and differential stains. Study of the structures in light and scanning electron microscopy. Results: The collected are 32 species distributed in 18 families. A diagram with the vernacular name, uses, organs to process and market cost is presented. Conclusion: Uses: digestive 22%, skin 16%, reproductive 14%, nervous system 12% various. Commercial aspects: Exc. 16%, MB 33%, B and R 12%, no sell 27%. Anatomic structures of the active substances: in stem and leaf.
