XVI International Botanical Congess

MYCONET is an international mycological journal intended for the documentation of mycosystematic databases on the Internet that need to be continuously updated, for instance, the classification of fungal groups. The main project now is an evolving ascomycete system. All relevant literature is screened, and Notes on all new concepts that may influence the classification are published. The system is regularly updated in the Internet version of MYCONET and published at longer intervals in the hard copy version. Information is provided on how information is entered into the system and how different kinds of data can be retrieved from MYCONET on the Internet.
