Gerrienne, P.: Gosferia, a new name for Forgesia (fossil plants). – Taxon 48: 61. 1999. – ISSN 0040-0262.
Forgesia Gerrienne (Zosterophyllophytina) is a later homonym of extant Forgesia Comm. ex Juss. 1789 (Saxifragaceae). The anagram Gosferia is proposed as a new generic name for the fossil taxon.
