Lectotypes and epitypes are designated by 6 specialists for 29 out of 30 previously untypified Linnaean plant names pertaining to the family Orchidaceae. These newly proposed types support the current usage of the names concerned. Earlier but ineffective or supersedable type statements are discussed.
