Hand, R.: On the identity of the enigmatic Thalictrum morisonii (Ranunculaceae). – Taxon 47: 717-720. 1998. – ISSN 0040-0262.
The type specimen of Thalictrum morisonii C. C. Gmel. is missing. An illustration designated as lectotype, supported by a fitting epitype also desiganted here, belongs to T. flavum L. T. morisonii in the sense of Flora europaea and T. exaltatum Gaudin are the same as T. lucidum L.
